#1: Write High-Grade Contents For Google AdSense Approval

Always write high-quality content. Don’t copy from others and paste it on your blog. Write and structure your blog post in an orderly so that while reading, it feels like flowing into the water.

If you copy from other resources, Google will automatically know with its plagiarism checker tools. Hence, one hundred percent rejection. So make your content plagiarism-free, and every content must have at least 600 words.

First, Ready Your Blog Before Applying for Adsense:

  • Have Sufficient Contents or Posts:
  • Blog Domain Must be at least 6 Months:
  • Check if Google does Not block Your Blog:
  • Don’t Have Adsense Prohibited Content:

#2: Add Navigation Menu For Google AdSense Approval

Google AdSense is the best way to maximize your blog’s earnings. But to be effective, AdSense codes must be displayed in the right places, which have a higher click-through rate. For example, AdSense ads below the navigation menu.

Navigation menu is the most essential part of your blog. Navigation Menu doesn’t only help your readers to go around on your blog but is helpful in AdSense Approval. By taking the Navigation Menu as an example, Google understands how much value you provide to your readers.

Along with this, you can also create menu categories and install other important widgets to help your readers navigate through your blog easily.

Now, follow these simple steps.

You are here because you already have a Google AdSense account. Let’s proceed.

  1. Assuming you have already customized your AdSense code, whether leader board size 728×90 or link ads 728×15 size, Copy the code and save it on a notepad.
  2. Now log on to your WordPress dashboard. Go to the editor and find the header.php file in the editor. Remember to edit the theme you are using.
  3. After locating the header.php file, open it by clicking on it.
  4. Paste the AdSense code you just copied at the bottom of the header.php file of your theme just after the header.php code ends.
  5. Now click on it to save the file.
  6. If you want to center the ad, then you can add tags like Google AdSense code here (but I found this sometimes breaks the theme). There is no harm in trying. If it breaks, don’t center it.

That’s it. You’re done. That’s how you can add a Google AdSense Ad below the navigation menu without a plugin.

#3: Add Important Pages

There are zero chances of getting Adsense approval without having an About page, Contact page, and Privacy Policy. This is the common reason for rejection.

The About page tells about your blog and author’s profile. Also, Add a contact page so people can contact you if they have any problems or need any help on your blog.

Privacy Policy reflects how much serious you are about your business. Privacy Policy describes to visitors what you are allowed to do on this blog and what not.

So, create these pages before applying for Adsense. Otherwise, stay ready for rejection.

#4: Blog Design Is Important For Google AdSense Approval

Make your blog user-friendly before applying for Adsense. A premium-looking and fast-loading theme can solve this problem. It can attract a lot of visitors to your blog and is also helpful in AdSense approval.

Many free themes are simple, clean, and professional-looking, which gives your blog a professional look for free. So choose a good quality theme that can provide you with all these things.

Jannah is a WordPress magazine theme that’s ideal for earning money from Google AdSense. With 22 Google AdSense-optimized website demos to choose from, Jannah is a blogging and magazine theme that should appeal to a wide audience.

Please keep in mind Google AdSense doesn’t approve blogs with copy-pasted copyright content. A well-optimized blog post should be 100% unique and above 800-1200 words.

The most important thing to have on your blog or site is high-quality original content. A real person reviews your application for approval. So, always write a blog post above this limit, and it must be unique, which clearly determines the post topic.

#5: Add Meta Description to your Blog

It is an essential part of your blog. A meta description is used to describe why you created this blog and what your readers expect from it.

A meta description is a snippet that shows in the Google Serps under the title of your blog. It is usually 155 characters long.

Without this, your blog will look like creepy and ugly.

Make your blog have a meta description before applying for AdSense.

#6: Index your Blog

Indexing means Google knows about the blog. Before applying for Adsense, index your blog in Google using Google Search Console. And make sure every post appears on Google.

You can check whether your blog is indexed or not by Google. Just search site:yourblogurl.com into the search of Google.

#7: Number of Posts

It does not matter how many posts you need before applying for Google Adsense. But make sure you have at least 10 on your blog. This can decrease the chances of rejection.

I got my approval with 13 posts, but 10 are enough for AdSense approval. But make sure these posts must be unique and well structured, and every post must contain at least 1500 words or more.

Many bloggers still need help with AdSense approval even though they have 100 posts, and many get approved with just 3 posts. Only uniqueness and quality matter.

#8: Copyright-Free Images

You are allowed to use as many images on your blog but do not use any image directly downloaded from Google. After finding your preferred image, check whether it is free or copyrighted because this can also create an issue in Adsense Approval.

But you are free to use any images from Pexels, Pixabay, or Canva, whether it’s free or paid. Many images are free as well as free from copyright.

I am using images on my blog from these websites and not facing any problems, even if they are free.

#9: Avoid using prohibited content

Adsense does not allow copied as well as Prohibited content. Images that are copyrighted don’t use them without the permission of the owner of that media.

Also, any sexual content hacking-related tutorials are banned for getting Adsense approval. If your blog contains any of this content, you have to remove it from AdSense.

#10: Custom Domain

custom domain is a unique branded label that’s connected to the IP address of a website. To visit a particular site, you can type its custom domain name into the address bar of your browser.

Myhackersguide’s custom domain, for example, is myhackersguide.com. Domain name registration is required for proprietary reasons.

You can get AdSense approval with a free domain like blogspot.com; as I said in AdSense, uniqueness and quality matter. But still, a .com domain has a high chances of Google Adsense Approval. So try to use .com .in domains rather than free.

It is not necessary, but having a custom domain adds to your probability of getting approval.

And talking about AdSense approvals, I have started an initiative in which I am helping people get AdSense approval; this includes all the necessary measures to be taken and other relevant info.

Keep only these things in mind:

  1. Don’t put adult content in the blog
  2. Try to blog every alternate day (or at least thrice a week)
  3. Don’t infringe the copyright of others
  4. Preferably, blog in English (as algorithms are written in English)
  5. Blog your ideas, your experiences, your views, and your reviews; don’t try copy-paste or other techniques

… and you’ll get an Adsense account in a few days.

#11: Turn on Comment Moderation

Maybe this is the reason for getting a rejection from AdSense on my first attempt; also, when you read their policy, it is written that your blog’s Comment must be set to moderation.

Moderation means we need to approve someone’s Comment manually before it gets published on our blog.

You can control which comments get held for moderation on your Settings Discussion Screen page, which is located under Settings → Discussion. If you would like every Comment to be held for moderation, check the Comment must be manually approved option listed under Before a comment appears. So check it and enable it if it’s not.

#12: If Rejected Re-apply

Don’t lose hope after getting a rejection from Google AdSense. There is not any limit on trying again, try again, try again. Just find out why they reject your application and try to solve it ASAP.

And Re-apply.

Conclusion

Only these things matter in Google Adsense approval. So make sure they are present in your blog before applying for Adsense. Also, improve your blog speed as it can help in Adsense approval and also in getting ranked into Google.
